Christ Presbyterian Church

Life is not easy and can in fact be downright difficult at times. When it is, Christ Church is committed to walk beside you through those tough times.  We possess a team of committed and caring adults who are in charge of leading our support groups and ministries for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one or may be going through divorce. In each group, the goal is always the same - to bring comfort, assistance, hope and healing as well as to assist in the restoration of relationships.

GriefShare and GriefJourney

GriefShare is a support group for the bereaved in our church and community.  This group meets for 13 weeks and is led by Alice Anderson.  As a "come alongside" ministry, Christ Church attempts to provide GriefJourney booklets to the bereaving members of the church and the local community.  These booklets are sent to the homes of the bereaved in the hopes that each booklet will provide them with longterm care and contact through the first year of bereavement.
